2008 spa season entertainment programme
All of the activities are designed to fit in seamlessly with a spa course and getting back into shape break. Specially designed walks, music and movement workshops, relaxation therapy, soft exercises, etc. : these activities are an integral part of the overall Brides-les-Bains package and there’s something for everybody. It’s worth noting that numerous activities are free !
The L’Ecole du Bien-être (Well-being School) programme is currently being prepared and awaiting validation
