Weight-related problems : treating obesity and metabolic problems caused by excess weight.
 Rheumatology : treating painful joints affected by arthritis, back problems or rheumatism.
 Dual programmes : Weight-related problems + Rheumatology 2nd component or Rheumatology + Weight-related problems 2nd component.

The traditional treatment approved by the French Social Security always involves 18 days of treatment delivered from Monday to Saturday, public holidays included. It complies strictly with the Social security criteria and includes all of the services defined in the Convention Thermale Nationale (National Thermal Agreement) :

 Single component : 72 treatments
 Double component : 108 treatments

There are two options for approved treatments :

 la cure Origine : as its name indicates this is the treatment that has forged the reputation of Brides-les-Bains and which includes all the treatments prescribed by doctors specialising in spa treatments.
 la cure Idéale : a supplementary option to maximise the results of your spa treatment including in particular individualised post-treatment dietary monitoring, exercises, access to the Thermes rest and relaxation area (jacuzzis, herbal tea, massage chairs,…), free access to the gym and lessons, and treatment in the morning at the Thermes d’Orsi. A supplement of € 405 must be paid for this special programme as it is not included in the 18 days’ cure covered by the Social Security.
