Discover the "Eau Folle distillery", a young distillery in the centre of Moûtiers.
Discover the production process, distillation, and the tools and machines used.
Most of the plants and fruit are picked and collected in our valleys. The vast majority of our products are made from organic ingredients.
They are macerated and/or fermented in vats and then distilled in traditional copper stills.
Guided tours are available by prior arrangement.
Range: liqueurs, smoked genepi, absinthe...
