Exceptionally gourmet food and Savoyard specialities are proposed by our chef Jean-Pascal Laugier, who only selects the best local products in order to surprise our guests every day. Dinner: either our daily menu or “à la carte”.

Our Chef Jean-Pascal Laugier crafts modern and creative dishes, perfectly tailored to take advantage of fresh seasonal produce. He uses only the products from the best suppliers, carefully chosen for their quality. The resulting dishes are simultaneously light, delicious, and refined.
