We provide you with the necessary fitness equipment and give you access to a weight room as well as a cardio area. Treadmill, dumbbells, rowing machine, elliptical bike, thigh press... the choice is yours! The fitness area is available for your morning sessions, before heading off to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains. You can also end the day with a little cardio, ideal for staying in shape and sleeping soundly so you are ready for the next day in the heart of the Alps!
