The Refuge de la Traye spa advocates harmony between body and mind in the heart of the mountain. In this approach, relaxation, Savoyard ambiance and high technology are combined in the wellness service and senses.
Self-care cabins and innovative massages encompass this ethos. The Iyashi Dome sauna, the MostLEDS and Wellsystem treatments are among the most unique and exclusive services at altitude.
Other bespoke treatments and massages (facial and body) are offered in partnership with the Biologique Recherche and Verso brands. In this area of pure relaxation, the Refuge offers numerous enchanting experiences, some of which are truly extraordinary, such as a hay bed, the milk bath, or the outdoor Jacuzzi - offering stunning views over the surrounding mountains and forests.
