Roc Hut
Descriptive
Both a high-altitude inn and a refuge, the Refuge du Roc welcomes you from December 27 to April 6, with its 62 beds divided into double rooms, with 4 or 6 beds, each equipped with a private hot shower.
Relaxation area with saunas and Nordic bath with glacier view!
The hut (1911m elevation) is open and staffed all winter long. Starting from Pont de Gerlon Bridge, you will enter the realm of the high mountains. By willingly crossing Pont de Gerlon Bridge, you accept the inherent risks and responsibility involved in this unique environment (read information sign).
Continue on the same side of the river until you reach the chalets in Montaimont, and then cross Doron and Genepy creeks (footbridge) to reach the hut.
Vertical gain: 500m. Average time: 3hr.
