The largest ski area (around 600 km) entirely within France's borders is keen to confirm its position as an exclusive ski and holiday destination, whilst preserving the area's traditional character, installing less equipment for an unspoilt environment.
With its renowned resorts, the 3 Vallées ski area, thanks to its high altitude and its infrastructure, offers skiers an infinite number of slopes with very high quality snow and skiing.

Of the 339 runs in the area, 16% are green runs, 41% blue, 33% red and 10% black, making almost half easy runs and half expert runs. The ski area is just as suitable for beginners and children as it is for experienced skiers. The latter can even try their hand at off-piste skiing, supervised by mountain professionals, on the 400km² covered by the 3 Vallées, an area 4 times the size of Paris.
