Really nice panorama and if you wish to go further you can go to "Le Chatelard" to see some rocks with small cavities from the Neolithic era.
Guidebook with maps/step-by-step :
Start: At the top of Tincave, where the road becomes a forest track (just above the first hairpin bend), take the path marked ‘Champagny-en-Vanoise’.
1/ Before the barns at Le Châtelard, the path winds its way up the slope towards La Duy (known as ‘La Source’ in local dialect).
2/ Descend the forest track towards Le Pré and Tincave.
Visitor alert :
We advise you to keep your dog on a leash due to the presence of livestock and therefore guard dogs, and in order to protect wildlife.
