Outside periods of guarding, the refuge remains open but not guarded. It is accessible only by ski touring or ski off piste via the Col du Palet (Tignes).
12 sleeping arrangements are available.Sleeping at the refuge is not free, the rate is 10,00 € / person / night to pay on the spot. This rate includes the use of gas and firewood.Thank you for respecting the place, the cleanliness and all things that is left at your disposal.It's obligatory to get your trash and take them down to the valley. In the meantime, if you have any questions, or anything to report please contact the guard. Warning ! There is no telephone or radio available outside the guarding period.

In this remote location, with no modern energy resources, we do our utmost to offer you a simple yet high-quality restaurant. We use as many local and regional products as possible.

Tour du Vallaisonnay: 8h, ascent + 600m, ascent - 1000m, panorama, animals.
Col du Palet: 3h, ascent + 700m, flowers, chamois.
