4. Targeted spa water treatments

The nutritional guidance and physical activity optimise the effectiveness of spa treatments. Teams of dieticians, sports coaches, physiotherapists and hydrotherapists will assist you in reaching your weight loss goal and absorbing practical guidance on "the right way to lose weight".

Thanks to the Ideal Programme, you'll also benefit from:

Treatments scheduled in the morning to leave your afternoons free;
Open access throughout your slimming course to the physical activity area and thermal swimming pool (depending on your prescription);
Access to the public swimming pool;
Health professionals to guide you through your slimming course and offer advice to help you achieve your goals.

The bespoke Ideal Programme helps you to gently change your habits and get you ready to return home with complete confidence and peace of mind. Rate: 420€ (not covered by Social Security)

Here are a few pointers to help you get the most from your slimming spa treatments and the activities suggested by the Tourist Office in Brides-les-Bains:

What you need to do:

1 Consult your GP about your slimming treatment prescription

2 Send your coverage claim application to your Health Insurance Provider to request advance reimbursement of your medical costs

3 Contact the Brides-les-Bains thermal establishment to set a date for your course

4 Make an appointment with the spa doctor

5 Book your accommodation and transport

6 Plan how you're going to spend your free time

7 Travel to Brides-les-Bains (not forgetting the documents you'll need to show before starting your course of treatments: coverage agreement and course booking confirmation.)

Please note: spa slimming treatment (DT) is covered by French social security and is reimbursed if it lasts for 18 days.
